In 2006 a special edition of the series VIII DVD hit the stores, which included one of these little exclusive Skutter figures. They feature a little set of wheels that allow you to drag them back and then release the chaos, as they fly forward with all the grace of a Skutter from the actual show. Top tip- don't trust one of these guys to take your temperature either.
