Skipper's Post Pod

Oi, what's happening dudes? Guess what? Go on, have a guess! No clues, just have a guess. I knew you wouldn't get it... Post Pod's arrived! It's been tracking us since you started looking at this website, and now you are reaching the gift shop, it's caught up. And this isn't just any old Post Pod. No sir. None of the usual Zero-G Football and BTL tat in here! This here is a Post Pod absolutely bursting at the seams with the very best thing in the known Universe.... Red Dwarf Merchandise!!

This Post Pod- adorned with metal plate vinyl, hazard tape, Red Dwarf coasters, patches, stickers, transfers, and even featuring it's own multi-coloured LIGHTING- was sent in to The Red Dwarf Online Museum by someone who The Curator first met through the Contact page of this very website, and ended up becoming best broski's with... fellow smeg head and Boy from the Dwarf... Skipper (🫡).

Honestly, I still can't believe to this day that someone out there is actually more mad than I am, so much so that they not only cared to look through my whole entire website here, but that they also wanted to send me a whole bunch of Red Dwarf memorabilia and merchandise that I was missing, purely out of the kindness of his own heart. Skipper said he wanted to do this because it was this very website that got him into Red Dwarf collecting- and he now has a collection that vastly exceeds my own, which you can see for yourself on his own website, the
Red Dwarf Red Loft.

And as if all of these amazing free goodies were not enough- many of which are incredibly rare and valuable I might add! - you can see that even the box he sent it all in was a work of art, love, care, and passion. This is absolutely worthy of being called a Red Dwarf Post Pod! And it gives you a small idea of what awaits you on his website, as Skipper is truly a design genius, an extraordinarily skilled craftsman, and an electronics wizard. He has decked out a typical British loft and transformed it into a sci-fi Dwarfers paradise. It feels like a cross between Forbidden Planet, the main deck of Starbug, and an underground early-90s German rave. Every surface is covered in silver plating and tiles, or shining green and red holographic sheeting. Shelves and cubbyholes are stacked all over, displaying every piece of Red Dwarf merchandise you could imagine. Lighting of every colour emblazons the entire area with a patchwork of illuminescent spectacular! Even the skylight has been converted into a Red Dwarf escape hatch!!

And now just some of that magic is my very own, with this incredible Post Pod being sent my way- not to even mention all of the items that were so generously bundled inside it. And what exactly was inside it, you may ask? Well for starters, there were a number of custom made bobbleheads that myself and Skipper spent months designing together, all of which can be found here at The Red Dwarf Online Museum, on the
Bobbleheads page of the Alternative Categories section! And the rest of the goodies? Well, it's more than I could possibly list here, so instead of that, I suggest you scroll down to find out how you can identify all of the items donated by Skipper on this website. But I warn you, there is A LOT of stuff, so you'll be hunting for a while!

I'll see you in the spring!

Any time you see the Donation Medal with Skipper's name on any exhibit page in this museum, it means that a minimum of one item on that page was donated to the museum by Skipper, sent in this very Post Pod!

As with all Donation Medals, if you click or tap that medal, it will say exactly which that donated item is, and give a reminder of the link to Skipper's own Red Dwarf collection, the

Red Dwarf Red Loft.
