Snappy the Crocodile Piece

In another fantastic "Mini Display" from The Movie Reliquary, here we have a genuine piece cut from Snappy the Crocodile, as featured memorably in the opening to the series VII episode Stoke Me A Clipper. There were actually two crocodile models made for the filming of the sequence; the first was a top-half animatronic, which sat being stroked on the lap of the villainous Captain Voorhese in the cockpit of his aircraft, and the second was a full-sized static model, which acted as a surfboard for the free falling Ace Rimmer. This piece was liberated from the animatronic Snappy.
I would imagine that Captain Voorhese would be very sour to discover that his precious little Snappy had been sliced up into small squares following his sky-bound surfboarding antics with Ace... but then again, considering Snappy's last meal was the sour old Captain himself, the dissection might well have been an attempted rescue. All in all, two key things can be learnt from this scene. The first- Snappy has a taste for sauerkraut, and the second- Ace Rimmer... what a guy!
