Despite the existence of the individual series I - VIII DVDs, the Anniversary edition of All The Shows, the Just The Shows stand-alone Volumes I (Series I - IV) and Volume II (V - VIII) twin sets, and the joint boxset combining the aforementioned Just The Shows Volumes I and II together as a beautifully repackaged single entity, it was decided in 2011 for reasons far beyond the comprehension of us mere mortals that a few more releases of Red Dwarf was in order. Four more to be exact. These volumes, each containing a single series, were released flaunting a unique pastel shade- pink, blue, green and yellow. The powers that decided these particular editions were necessary, also deemed it not necessary to complete the run, and the production stopped after series IV. No series V onwards. Zero. Zip. Zilch. Nada.
