In 1993 a whole range of The Cat Tongue Tied merchandise became available, and this CD was one such item. The CD features the full extent of the Tongue Tied Mixes, as well as a fully instrumental version of the song. The only other media format from the Tongue Tied Collection to feature any mixes is the 12" vinyl, which features the Meeow Mix, the Tabby Ranks Mix and the Kateoke Mix.
This CD also features those Mixes, as well as the Paws Mix and the Pussy Mix. The Paws Mix is almost indistinguishable to the Meeow Mix, only perhaps with a varying composition and prominence to the various musical layers and vocals. The Pussy Mix is literally indistinguishable from the Meeow Mix, only slightly longer in length. I can't help but feel there is a tongue-in-cheek mickey-take of the music industry somewhere in all this madness...
